Today I watched Jurassic World directed by Colin Trevorrow and starring Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard and Ty Simpkins. I loved it overall though the first twenty minutes had me worried it was going to be awful. For future viewings I will probably skip ahead to the first appearance of Jake Johnson and Lauren Lapkus in the control room.
Sort of spoilers, here are some of my favorite moments…
Ridiculously violent pterodactyl death
Dramatic shirt tucking
End battle
Repeated sudden deaths and subversion of cliche moments
I could probably do a half hour episode or longer after I see it again… So I’ll be back when it comes out on Blu-ray!

hour, but I get a bit deeper into the movie and talk about my
theory of what’s really going on in Jurassic World.
